How to Submit a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Regardedmentioned Walk-In Tubs wants people who contact the service to receive fair and honest treatment. Please tell us when something goes wrong. This page describes how to submit a concern and how we respond. It is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

Issues You Can Report

You can raise concerns about:

  • Your phone or message contact with Regardedmentioned Walk-In Tubs
  • Our handling of your personal information
  • Website content that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network run independent businesses. Their estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service are their responsibility. For problems with work in your home, consider contacting the provider first. Keep a written record of the issue and your discussions.

Please tell us as well. Reports help us assess honest conduct within the network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Regardedmentioned Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, refund a provider's work or represent the provider.

Details to Send

Write to contact@regardedmentioned.living with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number or form you used, if you recall it
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A description of the issue and the action you would like us to take

How We Handle Your Report

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will examine the concern and may contact the provider as part of that process. Our reply will explain our findings and any action we are taking.

Requesting Another Review

If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also seek help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. Where a licensed contractor is involved, your state's contractor licensing board may be another source of help.
