What Our Referral Service Covers

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use regardedmentioned.living. This document is a general template and does not provide legal advice.

The Work Belongs to the Provider

Regardedmentioned Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business connecting homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. An independent provider performs any work in your home.

What a Referral Means

A connection does not mean we endorse the provider. We make no promise about product or work quality, timing, cost, results or availability in your area at any particular time. Each provider is responsible for its licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Health and Bathing Decisions

Website content is not medical or health advice. Product descriptions explain features in general terms. We make no claim that a tub, shower or feature prevents injury or improves a health condition. Discuss bathing questions related to health or mobility with a qualified health professional.

Reading Price Ranges

Any cost figures shown are typical U.S. ranges, rather than project quotes. Product choice, bathroom conditions, materials and the required work affect the price. Get a written estimate from the provider before work begins.

Payment Assistance and Financing

We cannot determine whether insurance, a government program or another source will contribute to your project. Website content makes no promise of coverage or funding. Ask the plan or program directly. Financing, if offered, comes from the provider or a third party under that business's terms.

Payment for Connections

Providers or marketing partners may pay Regardedmentioned Walk-In Tubs for connecting them with homeowners. See our Referral Marketing Disclosure for an explanation of these arrangements.

Information May Have Errors

We work to keep website information accurate and up to date. However, we make no warranty about its completeness or the absence of errors.
